We offer four convenient drop-off locations throughout North Georgia, making it easy to have your horse blankets professionally cleaned.

Preparing Your Blankets

Please make sure each order is clearly labeled with:

  • Your name

  • Phone number

  • Any special instructions

Each of our drop-off locations is stocked with a blanket collection box, along with ID forms, labels, and bags for your convenience.

If your blanket requires repairs or waterproofing, please note this clearly on your label or ID form. We do not automatically repair or waterproof blankets, as these are additional services and not every customer wishes to incur the extra cost. Orders without special instructions will be washed and air-dried only.

Because it is not possible for us to determine whether a blanket is still fully waterproof, we recommend reapplying a waterproof treatment annually to help maintain its performance.

Itemized List

We strongly encourage including an itemized list or our Order ID Form with every order. As your blankets are processed, each item is checked off to help ensure accuracy.

Occasionally, customers believe a blanket was sent for cleaning only to later find it at the barn, in a tack trunk, or stored elsewhere. An itemized list helps prevent confusion and provides a clear record of the items received. Without an inventory or ID form, we cannot verify that a missing item was included with your order.

Payment & Pick-Up

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your invoice by email or text, along with available payment options.

After payment has been received, we will notify you when your order is on its way back to your selected drop-off location and ready for pickup.

Payment is required before blankets are returned to a drop-off location. If payment has not been received before delivery, your order will be returned to our shop. You may then arrange to pick it up from our shop or wait until the next scheduled delivery to your drop-off location.
