Farm Pick-Up Service
Farm Pick-Up Policy
For your convenience, we offer farm pick-up and delivery for orders of 15 or more blankets throughout North Georgia.
If you're interested in using our farm pick-up service, please contact us to confirm that your farm is within our travel area and to schedule a pickup date.
Preparing Your Order
To help our driver stay on schedule, please have all items bagged, labeled, and ready for pickup before the scheduled arrival.
Each bag or label should include:
Your name
Phone number
Any special instructions
If a blanket needs repairs or waterproofing, please note this clearly. We do not automatically repair or waterproof blankets, as these are additional services and not every customer wishes to incur the extra cost. Unless otherwise requested, all blankets will be washed and air-dried only.
Itemized List
We strongly recommend including an itemized list or our Order ID Form with every pickup. This allows us to check off each item as it is processed and helps prevent confusion if a blanket is later discovered at the barn, in a tack trunk, or stored elsewhere. An itemized list provides an important record of what was received for cleaning and helps ensure accuracy throughout the process.
Payment & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, you will receive your invoice by email or text, along with available payment options.
Payment is required before delivery. We are no longer able to leave completed orders without receiving payment first. If payment has not been received at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to our shop, and you will need to arrange pickup from our location.
